01—The Shiksa Syndrome by Laurie Graff

Aimee Albert gets a total makeover as a gift and that evening attends a meet and greet for Jewish singles at a synagogue. Her "shiksa" friend attends with her. Mistaken for a "shiksa" by a handsome, yet shallow, Jewish man Aimee plays along and is soon caught up in a lie that grows to immense proportions.

It's a wonder to me how a bright woman could want to hookup with the infantile guy who wants a shiksa.

Reader beware, stereotypes abound.

Written in the first person the story is at first difficult to follow. But once I got used to the flow it became more readable.
