Gavin has a new metal detector and has been going to playgrounds looking for money and other valuables. He has has some success when he stumbles on a new playground. After dark, when all the other kids have gone home he begins his search.
All of a sudden lights come on and there are 6 kids who appear almost magically. They tease Gavin and entice him to play with them. As he plays he loses track of time and when he finally leaves, he gets home very late.
He goes back the next night and the story is the same. On the third night when he tries to leave something is mysteriously holding him back and it is all he can do to escape. Who are these children and what is their hold on him?
